Our past and present awards include:

FINDER Series (HX, OC, 2W, 4W):
R4's FINDER product-line provides lifesaving capabilities and services to international Search & Rescue organizations. R4's leading-edge-designed FINDER systems are currently being delivered, supported, and operationalized in the U.S., Middle East, and Asia.

Rapid Response Third Generation (R2-3G):
The R2-3G contract vehicle is a multiple award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract issued by the Department of Defense. Requirements for a broad range of services are competed as task orders against the seven prime contractors and awards are designed to be executed with a goal of 19 days from release of the Request for Task Execution Plan of the task order. The R23G contract can be used by any Government agency that uses federal funds.

Task Order 2T01: Support provided for the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and programs providing integration, software and hardware engineering, installation, systems integration, and test and evaluation support in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Non Destructive Test Equipment (NDTE):
Provides current and future requirements for the scanning of Non Destructive Test Equipment (NDTE) body armor, including installing, troubleshooting, collecting data, and providing sustainment operations of the Armor Inspection System (AIS) employing x-rays to scan body armor plates.

Technical Information Engineering Services (TIES):
Supports a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MA IDIQ) contract under Praxis Engineering Technologies, Inc. Supported areas of interest within the Information and Intelligence (I2WD) mission include (but not necessarily limited to): Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Measurement & Signature Intelligence (MASINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Image Intelligence (IMINT), Electronic Warfare (EW), Information Operations (IO), Information Warfare (IW), Language Translation, Command, Control, Communication, Computers Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4-ISR), Biometric Enable Intelligence (BEI), Fusion Integrity, Automatic Target Recognition (ATR), Combat Identification (CID), Radio Detecting and Ranging (RADAR), Aircraft and Ground Vehicle Survivability Equipment (ASE & GSE), Electro-Optics (EO), Infrared (IR) requirements advancement or Cyberspace Operations.

Emirates Advanced Research and Technology Holding, LLC (EARTH):
Provided armor configuration and systems integration for contract vehicles.

Counter-Remotely Controlled IED Electronic Warfare (CREW):
Provided engineering research, design, development, integration and test services in support of the Product Manager Counter Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device Electronic Warfare (PM CREW). The resulting prototypes, integrated systems, and upgrades to the Electronic Warfare (EW) and Force Protection System (FPS) were used in subsequent work.

LRC Support:
Provided total asset visibility and inventory management for the Sierra Army Depot.

Generation II Helmet Sensor:
Provided fielding, New Equipment Training (NET), technical support, and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) to the Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier in support of the Generation II Head Borne Energy Analysis and Diagnostic System (Gen II HEADS) program. Field Service Technicians were assigned to battalion sized units for the timeframe of user-device issuance to end-of-deployment.

JIOCEUR JAC:
Provided staff augmentation support to the JIOCEUR Analytic Center (JAC), a Joint Intelligence Center for the US European Command. Located at RAF Molesworth in the UK, the JAC area of responsibility includes 58 countries in Europe and the Middle East. Primary divisions supported: Commander's Action Group (CAG), Operational Awareness Division (IDO), Intel Fusion Centre (IFC), Regional Joint Intelligence Training Facility (RJITF), Intelligence Support Division (DSX), Plans and Resources Division (DSR), and Geo Intel Div (IDG)

Homeland Security:
Provided the State of New Jersey with training and services to Homeland Security, Law Enforcement and Public Safety, and First Responders; keeping them safe and knowledgeable. Core training competencies include: training, consulting, CONOP development, and curriculum design and development. Provided training for personnel in areas of counter explosive, HAZMAT, C-IED techniques, SWAT techniques, vehicle searches, structural collapse, and emergency dive techniques.

TCT:
Supported Project Manager Soldier Protection and Individual Equipment (PM SPIE), and Joint Trauma Analysis and Prevention of Injury in Combat (JTAPIC) with administrative data collection and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). Efforts included MANPRINT support, logistics policy/standard procedures, feasibility analysis, recovery and shipping support, and data mining efforts. Also provided recovery, documentation, and execution of plans for the transfer of Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout CENTCOM AO and various CONUS locations.

Project Manager, Night Vision/Reconnaissance, Surveillance and Target Acquisition (PM NVRSTA):
Provided warehouse and material support for PM NV/RSTA’s four product managed programs: PM Ground Sensors (PM GS), PM Integrated Tactical Systems (PM ITS), PM Robotic & Unmanned Sensors (PM RUS), and Base Expeditionary Targeting Surveillance System-Combined (BETSS-C). Supplied warehousing management, material and property resources, ground vehicle transportation, housing, and liaison operations. Provided services in support of reset and refurbishment of equipment utilized in Operation Iraqi Freedom for redistribution to Afghanistan and US Army depots.

Integrated Blast Effects Sensor System (IBESS):
Provided support with Forward Support Representatives (FSR's) in OCONUS operational locations and sustainment to specified units designated by the US Army's Rapid Equipping Force (REF) and Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI). Provided installation/fielding of vehicle mounted systems, and soldier body uniforms to maintain and gather data from vehicle and soldier systems under IBESS for Army Theatre Operations.

Strategic Services Sourcing (S3):
Supported the Army Communications Electronics Life Cycle Management Command's S3 contract; a multiple award contract vehicle to accommodate a broad range of services designed to meet the integrated engineering, business function and logistic service needs of all Team C4ISR customers. These services may be performed in conjunction with new and existing C4ISR system of systems, family of systems, platforms, systems, subsystems and items.

Army CECOM Rapid Response (CR2):
CR2 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that support the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, DLA, Coast Guard, Department of State, Department of Transportation, Department of Justice, NASA, NOAA and all other Government agencies with the means to respond immediately to critical hardware, software, systems management and contingency response requirements.

Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) EXPRESS (Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services):
The AMCOM EXPRESS contract is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) program based upon the use of Government Service Agency (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules for acquiring advisory and assistance services (including all supervision, labor, incidental materials, and travel). These services may take the form of information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, recommendations, training, and technical and management support. R4 provides support for any supervision, labor, incidental materials, and other services necessary to perform programmatic support in monitoring, assessing, coordinating, analyzing, and integrating component programs/activities, including briefings/presentations and agendas for the total life cycle of the systems, within CONUS or OCONUS.

Battle Command Family of Products (BC FoP):
The BC FoP provides integrated battle command capabilities, training, sustainment, strategic and operational Command and Control (C2) domains as well as the BC common service-oriented software infrastructure and applications. This is an indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity multi award contract of Task Orders including: software development of BC products, development to support functional and System of Systems requirements, maintenance of legacy product baselines in the transition period to a full service-oriented network centric architecture, integration activities at the system level, system and operational level testing, and product level logistics support.

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) eFast:
The “electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks” (eFAST) program is the preferred acquisition vehicle for small business. Intended to simplify the acquisition process for the FAA, eFAST may be considered for use by all other Federal Government agencies in the procurement of comprehensive management, engineering and technical support services from small businesses.
